This is one of a life time experience. The Biosphere of Sian Ka’an is perhaps the most hidden paradise in the Yucatán Peninsula and it is yours to discover now.
After pick up travelers, we will head to Tulum, from which we will take the route leading to Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a World Heritage Site named by UNESCO in 1987, with 530,000 hectares and hundreds of endangered species.
We will be arriving at the biosphere visitor center, where we will board boats to start the exploration of the beautiful mangrove route and navigate in an active ecosystem where we will observe the endemic fauna of the area and will find nature in its maximum splendor. During the trip, we might meet manatees, crocodiles, turtles, dolphins, migratory birds, among others species that live or immigrate in the place.
Later, we will arrive at Punta Allen, a small fishing village where we will relax and enjoy a delicious snack and local gastronomy. After the brake, we will continue with our adventure, to explore the underwater life of the Mexican Caribbean by snorkeling in one of the best preserved reefs known today where we might find multicolored corals, brains of 200 years old, elk antlers, fans and a great variety of fish.
At the end of this fantastic expedition, we will arrive to an incredible sandbar called “La Piscina”, where you will be dazzled by the clarity of the water and the low tide at this point.
